Carter-Lambert has a superb record in contract performance with a client base that includes: Bart & Associates in support of DHS, PMG in support of DHS and MainSail in Support of DHS. We are also supporting Covenant Security Solutions with IA and Information Security support for DOL.

CLD Awarded NAVY Seaport-e Contract
On May 23, 2007, Carter-Lambert Divisions (CLD), was awarded the NAVSEA Warfare Centers Seaport Enhanced (Seaport-e) contract to provide professional support services to the overall Navy and Marine Corps organizations, other Department of Defense (DoD), non-DoD, and Joint agencies. CLD will provide services within the 22 functional areas that support the product areas, programs, and missions of the client organizations located in the 7 Represented Zones.
Under this contract, CLD will provide systems design, development, testing, engineering, documentation, configuration management, quality assurance, information assurance, information security, training (classroom-non-classroom) and program support. In addition to supporting all phases of the systems life cycle, CLD and it's partners will provide logistics, supply provisioning, research, and administrative support.
