CARTER-LAMBERT DIVISIONS (CLD) ANNOUNCES SUB-CONTRACT AWARD FROM CSC SUPPORTING DHS/CBP - The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is modernizing its business process, Information Technology (IT) systems, and infrastructure to provide functionality needed to support its mission. This initiative involves applying the CBP Enterprise Life Cycle Methodology (ELCM) to integrate multiple projects and other ongoing CBP operations into a comprehensive and integrated CBP Modernization Program.
