CLD is a member of the Convenat Security Solutions, Inc Team.
The FAA has awarded the Convenat Security Solutions, Inc Team an eFAST Master Order Agreement (MOA) contract. eFAST is the FAA's Accelerated and Simplified Tasks agency-wide contracting program. It allows all FAA organizations to efficiently out-source Engineering Services, Research and Development, Computer/Information System Development, and Computer Systems Support from small business eFAST contract holders.

As a subcontractor to APPTIS, INC (EAGLE), CLD provides as-needed support in the form of on-site technical and administrative Information Resource Management / Information System Security Officer (IRM/ISSO) support services to the United States Coast Guard Research and Development Center (USCG RDC) and Apptis. The scope of this support also includes information systems Certification & Accreditation (C&A), system analysis and documentation, IT security technical assurance, program management, independent verification and validation (IV & V), and requirements gathering and documentation.

CLD is a Sub-Contractor providing support to CSC, in our mutual support of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
Specifically, CLD provides as needed support to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Agency which is modernizing its business processes, Information Technology (IT) systems, and infrastructure. This initiative is generally referred to as the CBP Modernization Program. CLD efforts have been focused in support of CBP's Automated Commercial Environment (ACE), which will replace or supplement the current functionality of the Automated Commercial System (ACS), the Automated Export System (AES), and other related CBP systems.
