About our Founder

Charles Lambert is the Founder & Chairman of Carter-Lambert Divisions, LLC. His extensive work history includes Cybersecurity and Information Assurance, Engineering, and Cost Estimation in support of Department of Defense components and agencies, the uniformed services, the Department of Homeland Security, and Customs and Border Protection Mr. Lambert understands interagency relations and the complex workings of the Federal, State, and Local Governments.

Mr. Lambert is a graduate of American Intercontinental University, with a Master of Business Administration and National-Louis University with a bachelor’s degree in management. He is also a graduate of the Defense Acquisition University.

Mr. Lambert has served in the US Army and as a federal civil servant.

Mr. Lambert serves as a mentor to other small business owners, assisting them in achieving 8a/SDB, HUBZone, and SDVOSB certifications.
