JE-CLaSS II
Joint Enterprise Contracted Logistics and Services Support (JE-CLaSS) II is a Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (MA-IDIQ) contract. JE-CLaSS II is in support of the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense (JPEO-CBRND). The Program will provide key performance-based logistics and sustainment services for the JPEO-CBRND and CBRND Enterprise mission systems and equipment, including non-commercial, Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS), and modified COTS systems and equipment. Information Technology Services/consulting supports both logistical and acquisition functions within this effort as a supportive element.
*** Information Technology (IT) tasks that enable Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) and sustainment executions: (1.) a.) Maintaining and configuring maintenance tracking systems for CBRN equipment; b.) Supporting reediness, reliability, and availability of databases, and managing the supply chain and inventory management systems. (2.) Program Management & Reporting Systems: (2.) a.) Managing Program Management Information Systems (PMIS); b.) Developing automated dashboards for cost, schedule, and performance); c.) Supporting earned value management 9EVM) tools; d.) and Data aggregation and reporting for government acquisitions reviews. (3.) Digital Technical Data & Configuration Management: a.) Management of electronic technical manuals (ETMs); b.) Configuration controls and digital baseline management. (4.) Training Systems & Learning Platforms: (1.) a. Development and maintenance of computer-based training (CBT); (b.) Support for Learning Management Systems (LMS). (5.) Acquisitions Logistics Analysis Tools (Domain 2): (1.) Use and support logistics modeling software; (2.) Lifecycle cost and sustainment modeling tools; Data analysis tools for supportability and sustainability assessments; (3.) Engineering & Systems Support IT; (1.) Embedded software support for electronic or precision equipment; (2.) Diagnostic software tools for maintenance and troubleshooting; (3.) Test data management systems; (4.) Integration support between equipment and logistics systems. ***
